This shoot was so incredibly beautiful on so many levels. Joana is a breast cancer survivor and has had to endure chemo and a mastectomy. Through it all Dan has been her rock. Their love has never once wavered and they managed to keep laughing through it all. When Joana contacted me and told me she wanted to do a couples boudoir shoot to showcase their love, I was beyond excited. Witnessing and capturing a love like theirs was very inspirational and heart warming.
