Little Weddings like this make my heart so happy. It was just them, their kids, and their parents. The perfect stress free day. They got ready separately and I met over with James first. He was cool calm and collected with no hints of nerves in sight. He even brought ME a Starbucks coffee! (Extra cool client points added here.) We started the day with him putting on those final details.
With a big ol’ smile James sent me off 5 minutes down the road where his lovely bride to be was getting ready with the kiddos and her parents. Her dad zipped her into her dress which was completely unplanned but I loved having this moment with the two of them.

We arrived on site for Caitlin and Jame’s ceremony and hiked in to where James was already waiting for us with the officiant and his parents.
A little family action… 
We passed the kids off to grandma and grandpa for the night and now it was time for Mom and Dad to celebrate being MARRIED!
So Caitlin tells me that this is the first time she will have had alcohol in quite a long time because of pregnancy and breastfeeding. I’m like “Ahh time to party girl it’s your wedding night!” I’m so dang excited for her to get a sip of some sweet champagne goodness and then….
Yup it wen’t straight up her nose. haha 
These two were so dang fun and easy going and I absolutely loved celebrating with their sweet little family. Thank you so much Caitlin and James for a magical evening on the lake.
This is so sweet! We have not stopped admiring these photos since we got them and we could not to be happier. They are breathtaking, and captured the most special days in our lives so perfectly. We will cherish these forever, and could not have asked for a more professional, talented, creative and hands down perfect photographer. We are so thankful for you!
